any other. Aadhar Card comes with 12 digit unique number which is being
provided by UIDAI on behalf of Indian government.

To check Aadhar card status, you must have Aadhaar Card
application enrollment receipt slip number.
Step 1.
First open your browser and go to UIDAI (Unique
Identification Authority of India) website : http://portal.uidai.gov.in
OR
Step 2.
The home page of UIDAI should looks like this screenshot
You should enter required fields like Enrolment ID,
Date-Time and security code in form.
Step 3.
When you entered correct details and submit form, you may
get any of following message :
- First : Congratulations ! Your Aadhaar card is generated .
- Second : Sorry details of your Aadhaar card details are currently not Available
- Third : Due to technical problems your Aadhaar Card is could not be processed. Sorry for the Inconvenience please re-enroll at nearest Enrollment center
Step 4.
- If you get positive message saying : “ Your Aadhar Card is Generated “ then you may download it from this link : Click Here to Download
- If you receive message saying that : “ Your Aadhar Card is under generation “ then wait for few days and try to download again.
